Alternative Dispute Resolution provides a variety of
techniques utilized to solve business and other problems outside of the
court system. The mediation process may or may not involve attorneys
representing each side, but is done in a setting where adversarial actions
and formal court procedures may be set aside to facilitate a quick and
equitable resolution of a problem. The mediation process utilizes a third
party neutral who has no interest in the outcome. The resolution success
rate is high, results quick, and confidential. Relationships are often
maintained after resolution. |
