Minimum four hours at $400 per party, additional charge if significant review of pre-mediation submittal documents is required. |
| Arbitration: |
Dependant on scope of the dispute and other variables. |
| Facilitated Negotiation: |
$125.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. |
| Travel and Expenses: |
Travel and facility expenses may be charged if services are performed outside of the CDRA offices. |
| Multi-Party and Multi-Ethnic Services: |
Multi-party and multi-ethnic services may incur an additional charge for a co-mediator or translator. |
